Integrity is an industry term that encompasses protection from fraud, waste and abuse. Fraud involves intentional deception and scheming to obtain money or property that belongs to the health care system. Waste is the overutilization of services and practices, directly or indirectly resulting in unnecessary costs to the health care system. Abuse involves unsubstantiated payment for items or services, often when the provider is unaware that such payment has been requested.

Hundreds of thousands of claim reviews are processed every year. These feed into our ReconHealth product, where we separate the fraud, waste & abuse. 

At the discretion of the client, cases can be escalated to the right healthcare fraud control unit. Adoption of this tool sped the recovery of funds for US taxpayers & private clients.

All of these services are supported by a mobile and remote capable call center service through which our network of Medical Information Coordinators and Directors function.
